In order to return or exchange a part or product, you must call us directly to report your claim. Please Dial: 1-814-643-1775 for further assistance. If approved, a return authorization number (RGA#) will be assigned. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. All returns must be shiped UPS freight prepaid.
CHP Inc.-Heat Division offers no refunds on any repair or replacement parts that have been installed or used by the end user or any contracted individual. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to insure that any parts purchased are the correct parts needed for the repair and the completion of the service work that is being performed by the customer or any contracted company or individual installing the purchased parts.
No returns will be accepted on any repair parts after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any order refused by the customer after the product has been shipped is subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from their delivery address.
Any item received damaged or with parts missing must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
